Our Wilderness First Aid Course is the ideal course for those who enjoy the outdoors, group activity leaders, expedition members, rescue staff and teachers.

CPR Training

The two day course covers:

  • Scene and casualty assessment
  • Monitoring of vital signs
  • CPR and airway management
  • The unconscious casualty
  • Bleeding
  • Shock
  • Fractures and Dislocations
  • Sprains and strains
  • Splinting
  • Head, neck and spinal injuries
  • Burns

  • Moving and handling
  • Handover
  • Legal and ethical issues
  • Animal/snake/insect bites
  • Wilderness first aid kits

The course includes lots of hands-on practical activities.

Training manakins

We have very low delegate to tutor ratios, experienced tutors (with plenty of practical experience) and high quality resources.

The two day course costs just £100 per person and includes all materials and resources.

There is no final exam, but each delegate receives continued assessment from the tutors throughout the course.
